About the degree
Offered in partnership with an accredited partner university, the Organizational Leadership M.A. program is intended for individuals who have five or more years of professional work experience.
The focus of the program is the personal and professional development of the individual as a facilitator and manager of change in self, others, and organizations. These skills are becoming increasingly critical as organizations seek to remain relevant and competitive in a rapidly changing world.
The curriculum incorporates multidisciplinary concepts from the social sciences, business and communications.
Built specifically for those making a career pivot, this degree is built to help students identify what they’ve learned in their prior chapter that they can apply in their next, and how to apply those skills in a completely different context.
This is the “integrate” skill of being a modern polymath with breadth, depth, and integration of knowledge across disciplines. Each student will be matched with mentors in the industry they want to be in so they can better understand how their previous experience sets them apart with valuable perspective.
